This tour allows you to enjoy your first diving course in the Red Sea, which boasts deep clear blue waters and an extremely diverse marine ecosystem including some of the most beautiful coral reefs in the world. The PADI Open Water Diver course is the world's most popular diving course, and Hurghada is an ideal location to learn, with confined dives done in the safety of your hotel pool and reefs which give you the chance to see plenty of coral & fish during the course itself. Hurghada's lively nightlife tops it off.
We begin in Hurghada, where you are met and then transferred to your hotel (we can also extend the tour to start & finish in Cairo, giving you the chance to see the pyramids & sphinx while in Egypt). Once you're settle in, we'll introduce you to the staff at the Dive Centre.
The Open Water Course is conducted over a 4-day period and, successful completion leads to full entry-level certification to the world of Scuba diving. The course itself is broken down into three sections. These are: (a) confined water dives, of which you do 3, and which are usually done in your hotel pool (b) the theory section, which provides basic information and principles about diving, usually with the aid of videos along with a manual ( c) at least 2 Open Water dives under qualified supervision and guidance. The course is relaxed and designed to be a comprehensive learning experience to help you reach your goal of becoming a qualified diver.
You have a couple of free days in Hurghada to either relax or treat yourself to a few extra dives.
