VOUCHER REDEMPTION FORM

Please ensure that your names are spelled exactly as shown on your passport(s), as flights will be booked with these details and fees incurred if incorrect spellings are provided. Please include all first names, middle names and last names as on your passport(s).

It is your responsibility to ensure that you travel on a valid passport and have the correct visa if required. Passports should be valid for at least 6 months after the date you return home and have several blank pages. Visa information is available in the Tour Notes.

If you do not want us to book your flights yet for any reason (for example if you want to extend the tour), please mention this in the Notes field. Any flight changes requested after booking will incur a fee.

If you are single passenger, please kindly indicate in the notes box whether you would like to share a room or choose to pay the single room supplement. If you choose yes to share then we'll try our best to arrange this for you. In the case of a share not being possible at the time of booking, we'll add on the single supplement, but can remove this later if/when a share becomes available.
