What happens if I have to change my flight?
It is normally possible to change your booking details. You need to inform us in writing more than 7 days before your booked arrival time and enclose a UKĀ£25 administration fee. See the

What happens if I am delayed in the airport (eg. customs or lost baggage)?
We provide you with a transfer to your hotel however long it takes you to clear airport formalities. However, if you are delayed for a considerable time then you may have to wait for a short time for our representative to meet you. We will provide you with a local telephone number when we confirm your booking for you to call should this happen. He/she will then advise you of when and how you will be transfered to your hotel.
I have recently bought a round the world ticket and would like to visit several of the places where you offer the arrival pacakge service. Can I pay you once for stops in several cities?
Of course you are welcome to use our arrival package service in as many cities as you like. Please keep checking the website to see how our range of cities expands. We do need a separate booking form for each city as we need to know specific flight and option details each time, but there is no problem for you to send us several forms together with one total payment.
