How to book & pay

• Payment

Our website features a secure online reservation form which you can use to reserve a place on the tour of your choice. This will hold your place(s) on the tour for 14 days, unless you are booking within 1 month of departure, in which case we will let you know how long you can hold your space.

To make a reservation, click on ‘Reserve’ next to the appropriate group departure date on your chosen tour page's dates & prices tab. If you are reserving a private tour, then scroll down the page and click on 'Reserve' next to the appropriate season. You can then choose your desired start date.

When filling in the online reservation form, you can enter your personal details, add any options, and make any specific notes about your booking (eg. child price as advised by email, please give flight quotes from Manchester).

When we receive your reservation details, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm availability, the total price, and answer any questions you may have asked.  We will also send you a booking form, which you should complete, sign, and return to us either by post or fax, with your deposit payment.

If you have asked us to arrange or quote for any international flights, then we will send you some options and prices. You can choose to accept this and we will then take payment and book the seats for you, OR, you can obtain your flights elsewhere.

Notes

• We will always contact you by email, unless you specify otherwise in the ‘Notes’ section of the reservation form.
• Your reservation will be held for 14 days before we need to receive your completed booking form and deposit payment.
• Prices given by the currency converter on our website are given as a guide only.  An exact quote in your currency will be given when we confirm your reservation, based on our bank’s current exchange rate.

PAYMENT

• We accept payments by cheque, bankers draft, bank transfer, or by debit/credit card.
• All payments to are protected by Uncover the World Ltd.'s Travel Trust Association membership, and are held in a Trust Account and not released to us until the completion of your tour – see below.
• Deposit payments are set (per person) at either UK£150, or 50% of the tour cost – whichever is lower.
• If you are buying your international flights through us, we can usually reserve your seats in advance, but we do require full payment for the flights before we confirm your booking.
• Full payments are due if your departure is within 8 weeks of booking. We do try to be flexible however, so please contact us if this will cause a problem.

Paying by Cheque	-	Please make cheques payable to ‘Uncover the World Ltd. Trust Account’.
Paying by Debit/Credit Card	-	Please contact us by telephone (0845 130 4849; +44 845 1304849) with your credit card details.   Help us prevent credit card fraud. Do not send your credit card information to us by email. Unfortunately we cannot accept card payments from all countries. All credit card payments are subject to a 2% surcharge. We need to know the address the card is registered to (this should be the same as on your booking form), and are not able to accept card payments from a third party on your behalf.
Paying by Bank Transfer	-	You can make a direct transfer from your account to our Trust Account. Please ensure that you cover any associated charges. Please give your surname or booking ID as a reference if possible, and contact us to inform us when you have made this transfer so that we can look out for your payment. We will provide all our bank details with your invoice.

How can I print out a PDF document?

You will need Acrobat Reader installed on your computer if you wish to view and print the PDF format documents found on this website (unless you have a full Adobe product such as Adobe Acrobat)

Latest versions of PC based web browsers include the viewer as standard and you should be able to view the documents without further installation.
