Our website features a secure online reservation form which you can use to reserve a place on the tour of your choice. This will hold your place(s) on the tour for 14 days, unless you are booking within 1 month of departure, in which case they will be held for 7 days.
To reach this form, click on ‘Reserve Online’ next to the appropriate group departure date on the tour dates & prices page. If you are reserving a private tour, then scroll down the page and click on 'Reserve Online' next to the appropriate season. You can then choose your desired start date.
You can get to the tour dates & prices page either from our Quick Bookpage, through the 'Check Dates & Prices' links at the top and bottom of the tour page. or by selecting ‘Check Dates and Make a Reservation’ in the Booking Information box on the tour page.
When filling in the online reservation form, you can enter your personal details, add any options, and make any specific notes about your booking (eg. child price as advised by email, please give flight quotes from Manchester).
When we receive your reservation details, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm availability, the total price, and answer any questions you may have asked. We will also send you a booking form, which you should complete, sign, and return to us either by post or fax, with your deposit payment.
If you have asked us to arrange your travel insurance and/or international flights, then we will send you a quote with your reservation confirmation. You can choose to accept this and we will then arrange the insurance and/or reserve the seats for you, OR, you can obtain your travel insurance and/or flights elsewhere.

We will always contact you by email, unless you specify otherwise in the ‘Notes’ section of the reservation form.
Your reservation will be held for 14 days before we need to receive your completed booking form and deposit payment.
Prices given by the currency converter on our website are given as a guide only. An exact quote in your currency will be given when we confirm your reservation, based on our bank’s current exchange rate.
PAYMENT
We accept payments by cheque, bankers draft, bank transfer, or by debit/credit card.
All payments to
are protected by Uncover the World Ltd.'s Travel Trust Association membership, and are held in a Trust Account and not released to us until the completion of your tour – see below.
Deposit payments are set (per person) at either UK£150, or 50% of the tour cost – whichever is lower.
If you would like to take Uncover the World travel insurance, then your premium must be paid with your deposit. Travel insurance policies issued over 15 days after your booking will not include cancellation cover.
If you are buying your international flights through us, we can usually reserve your seats in advance, but we do require full payment for the flights before we confirm your booking.
Full payments are due if your departure is within 8 weeks of booking. We do try to be flexible however, so please contact us if this will cause a problem.

All credit card payments are subject to a 2% surcharge. We need to know the address the card is registered to (this should be the same as on your booking form), and are not able to accept card payments from a third party on your behalf.

Our membership with the Travel Trust Association gives our customers 100% financial protection as all funds sent to us are held in a designated Trust Account, which is supervised by an independent trustee (who is a banker, chartered or certified accountant, or solicitor) approved by the Travel Trust Association.
Your funds are held in this account and may not be released to us until you complete your holiday.
