Introduction:

The Nile Hilton is a large modern hotel overlooking the Nile and the city of Cairo and is perfectly located for shopping and sightseeing.  It has all the facilities of a 5* hotel including an outdoor pool, fitness centre and shopping mall located within the hotel complex. There are a number of bars and restaurants within the hotel and the shopping mall also has a food court offering a further choice of international dining options.

Location:

The hotel is located right in the heart of Cairo on the banks of the River Nile. It is immediately adjacent to the Egyptian Museum and the shopping districts of Cairo are within a few minutes walk. It is approx 24 kilometres/45 minutes to Cairo International airport and 13kms/30 minutes to the Pyramids.

Accommodation:

All of the 431 rooms and suites are spacious, modern and comfortably furnished with their own private balcony. Hilton rooms have views overlooking the city of Cairo and the Egyptian museum and Deluxe rooms have views overlooking the Nile and are available on request for a small supplement. The rooms all have en-suite bathroom, mini-bar, air conditioning, satellite TV and electrical sockets. Safety deposit boxes are available free of charge at reception. There are also disabled and non-smoking rooms available.

Bars & Restaurants:

Within the hotel there are a variety of restaurants and bars offering a wide choice of menus and dining styles, from the relaxed atmosphere of the Da Mario Italian restaurant to gourmet French cuisine in the Rotisserie Belvedere which is located on the rooftop and has views of the Nile. There are light snacks, cakes and pastries available throughout the day in Café Ole and the Hilton Deli and the 24 hour Ibis Café serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and also has a full a la carte menu.
In the evening why not try the Abu Aly which is an open-air terrace bar where you can try the different flavoured Shisha (water pipe) or the Pyramids Bar & Terrace the rooftop cocktail bar which has views of the Nile, Cairo and the Pyramids. The Kaab Aly is a modern open-air lounge, bar and restaurant serving Moroccan and Middle Eastern dishes along with cocktails and shisha. There are also two nightclubs within the hotel, Jazzup has themed live music throughout the week and Latex is open until 05.00 am.

Facilities & Services:

The hotel offers a range of facilities including an outdoor swimming pool which is heated in winter, tennis and squash courts and a fitness centre with gym, sauna, massage and steam room. The hotel has a large modern lobby area with gift shop, boutique, jewellers and a beauty salon. There is also a shopping mall attached to the hotel with a wider variety of clothing, shoe and gift shops.
